Amir Adika is a partner at the firm and heads the areas of Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Urban Renewal.
As head of the commercial litigation area, Amir brings extensive knowledge, creativity and experience in handling diverse legal proceedings in the field of commercial law before various judicial instances. His expertise covers real estate disputes, registration of rights, and claims between shareholders and partners.
Additionally, Amir has unique proficiency in submitting applications for special interim reliefs.
Amir’s clients in the field of commercial litigation include public and private companies, construction companies, developers, inspection companies, local authorities, corporations, associations, non-profits and private clients.
Amir jointly leads the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department in the firm, representing apartment owners and their representatives in urban renewal transactions (Pinui Binui and TAMA 38), from the initial concept and design stages through to the project’s completion and handover of the new apartments.
He has extensive connections with various parties in the urban renewal sector, including planning authorities, municipalities, developers, committees and various judicial instances.
In addition to his specialization in this field, Amir represents the firm’s clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions involving various real estate assets, combination deals, initial registration of land, arranging records in the Land Registry Office (Tabu), and dealings with government bodies, including the Israel Lands Authority.
