Amir Kadari

Amir Kadari is a founding partner at the firm and heads the areas of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Commercial Law, and Urban Renewal.

Amir provides the firm’s clients with uncompromising professional legal service, combining availability and creativity in solving various issues.

With over three decades of experience in commercial law, Amir assists both public and individual clients, including private companies, corporations and public entities operating in accordance with tender laws and administrative standards.

In addition, Amir supports boards of directors, executive committees, tender and contracts committees, and offers legal advice in the fields of internal and state auditing.

Amir has garnered years of knowledge and proficiency in assisting the firm’s clients in PPP, PFI, and BOT tenders, both for issuers of public sector tenders and for bidder groups.

In the area of ​​urban renewal, Amir Kadari jointly manages the department with Adv. Amir Adika, bringing unique knowhow in representing groups involved in expansion projects on moshav lands.

With Amir’s many years of experience working with public entities, he ably represents the firm’s clients in administrative petitions and petitions to the High Court of Justice, and is skilled in managing class action cases.
