Eliya Yinon is an attorney in the Litigation Department and the Real Estate and Urban Renewal department at the firm.
Eliya handles cases in the field of commercial and civil litigation at all stages of the legal process, representing both private clients and corporations before various judicial instances.
As part of his work in the Urban Renewal Department, Eliya provides legal support for urban renewal projects (TAMA 38 and Pinui Binui) at all stages—from the initial organization of property owners, negotiating with developers, reviewing and ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conducting planning and zoning inspections, and registering owners’ rights in the new project.
Eliya also specializes in real estate law. In this capacity, he represents buyers and sellers in purchase and sale transactions (both from developers and in the secondary market), provides legal counsel and expert opinions, drafts agreements, analyzes tax implications, negotiates real estate contracts, and represents clients in complex real estate disputes before judicial bodies.
