Our Team

Michal Lavie Lahiani

Michal Lavie Lahiani is an external advisor in the field of intellectual property at the firm.

Michal is continuing the legacy of her late father, Shimon Lavi, who was one of the first patent attorneys in Israel. She works with the firm’s clients in various areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, designs, cultivator rights, copyrights, and trade secrets.

With over four decades of experience, Michal supports private clients and large Israeli and international companies on intellectual property issues, including providing consulting and guidance, writing opinions, and handling proceedings in various instances, including the Patents Authority.

In addition to her work in intellectual property, Michal accompanies clients on tort law issues (personal injuries). She assists disadvantaged populations with guardianship matters and offers comprehensive legal services by also handling wills and inheritances.

In her free time, Michal is dedicated to working with special needs populations in different areas (beyond legal assistance).
