Ram possesses extensive knowledge and years of experience in real estate law, with a particular focus on leading and managing complex real estate transactions. He has unique expertise in advising apartment owners in numerous urban renewal projects – including evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) transactions, TAMA 38 projects, and complex combination deals.

As part of his legal support, Ram provides strategic legal counsel from the earliest stages, with particular attention to the economic, planning, and taxation aspects of each deal.

Ram also has extensive experience representing clients in litigation related to commercial and real estate disputes. He accompanies the firm’s clients before all legal instances, including arbitration proceedings, and provides ongoing legal, commercial, and strategic support to private clients, public companies, and international entities.
