Yael Pituvi is a partner at the firm and heads the areas of Administrative Law, Tender laws and Commercial Law.
Yael possesses years of expertise and knowledge in administrative law and tenders law. She supports the firm’s clients in various related procedures, providing ongoing legal assistance, drafting opinions and tenders, accompanying the tender committee through all stages of the tender process until its completion, and representing clients in various administrative instances including the High Court if required.
In the tender process, Yael assists both local authorities and bidders, including corporations and private companies, alongside entities from the public sector, management and officials, boards of directors and various committees.
Yael also advises the firm’s clients in commercial law, working on complex projects – from providing legal advice to drafting and negotiating agreements. She is also highly knowledgeable and experienced in procedures for establishing corporations and providing ongoing legal advice to their management and boards of directors.
Through her work with high-level management, prominent businesspeople, and senior public office holders, Yael has acquired unique expertise in white collar law, and offers advice, support and representation for individuals accused of financial or tax crimes, fraud, bribery and money laundering.
Yael devotes her free time to pro bono legal support for various associations, among them the Our Brothers and the ZAZA associations.
