He has extensive experience advising on large-scale public transportation projects. As part of his work, Hillel provides legal counsel to the Jerusalem Transportation Master Plan Team, the entity responsible for developing and advancing the light rail system and public transportation network in the Jerusalem metropolitan area on behalf of the State of Israel and the Jerusalem Municipality.

Hillel supports the firm’s clients throughout the entire project lifecycle—from planning and structuring agreements and tenders to project implementation and handling ongoing legal challenges.
