Jonathan Gillis

Jonathan Gillis is a lawyer specializing in public tenders, infrastructure, and transportation.

With extensive experience, Jonathan focuses on large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly tenders, BOT/PPP contracts, and legal support for complex projects.

He advises on Jerusalem’s mass transit project, including drafting concession agreements and technical specifications, providing legal counsel to the Ministry of Finance’s tender committee and the Transportation Master Plan, issuing legal opinions, and representing the state in concessionaire disputes.

Previously, Jonathan served as legal advisor to the Chief Scientist at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, gaining significant expertise in public tenders, regulation, and government contracts.
